Typically, we are bounded by our confidential agreement to communicate success stories. However, without disclosing any critical information about our customer, we can say that for example we achieved after only 3 weeks of involvement in a continuous production process environment:

Hard savings

The demand that was originally not satisfied could be fulfilled with our improvement that has permitted an increase in production volume from 120 to 240 tons/month.
  • Considering: 1,5€ margin/kg х 1,440,000 kg/year = 2,160,000€/year

With a cost of project (considering a write-off of 1 year) for a:

  • conveyor 1,340€
  • adhesive tape machine 1,375 €
  • printer-applicator 7,200€

Total savings = 2,150,000€

Soft Savings

  • Working conditions improvement at the shell packaging cell (Sitting position)
  • Better organization and ergonomic working area (less movements)
  • In-house modification of the manual raw material feeding system by installation of an endless screw
  • Dowtime time reduction (OEE):
  • Decrease in cooling time = 9 hours/day
  • Consequent reallocation of warehouse area ≈ 5% (30 pallets х 0,96м² = 28,8м²)
