Lean - Six Sigma

Lean is a term that has been given to indicate the Toyota Production System and means, not surprisingly, slender or slim.

It is of course a figure of speech used to contrast efficient enterprises from those which are ‘fat’ from poorly managed stocks.

The Lean method is therefore aimed to reduce stock levels to the bare minimum using the Just-In-Time management working practice.

Six Sigma originates from Motorola and its objective is to the minimize variation, which is known to causes poor product quality and consequently high cost.

At Juggling Paradigms we have integrated these two internationally recognized methods, each of which has a proven track record, in order to:

  • Improve existing processes,
  • Develop new innovative products or processes.

Their combined effect allows our customers to reach their growth and time to market objectives.
