The DFSS or Design For Six Sigma methodology was conceived originally for the development of physical products or processes.

At Juggling Paradigms, we teach DFSS and/or apply directly this method on the products and/or processes that our customer needs to develop. We call it DFSS for hardware, not to be confused with our DFSS for software program which is exclusive to Juggling Paradigms.

Our original DFSS for software program was progressive in itself as it involved integrating creativity tools with known DFSS principles, which had never been done previously. However, we have now launched an improved version of this program by integrating the emerging Agile / Scrum method and a few bespoke Juggling Paradigms principles that permit the use of the Six Sigma fundamental statistical pillars.
